How am I billed for service?
You will be notified when your next payment is due,
unless you are set up in our recurring billing
program.
When is payment due?
Payment is due prior to service. Avoid missing a
service day and being taken off our route by paying
on-time with our recurring billing option.
What type of payments do you accept?
Yes, we take Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover and PayPal. You may also pay by check or
money order.

Note: For checks that are returned, there will be a
$30 fee charged on top of the original amount of the
check. That amount needs to be remitted to us in the
form of a cashiers check or money order. We must
temporarily suspend service to your property until
fees are paid in full.
What is RECURRING BILLING?
Recurring billing allows our customers monthly fee
to be automatically withdrawn from an account of
their choice. Save a postage stamp and never worry
about being late or missing a payment. Have the
reassurance your bill will be paid on time so there
is no disruption in service.
FREE MONTH?
First time customers are eligible for one month
(four service weeks) absolutely FREE! No payment
required! We want you to take a test-run on us.
After your free trial period, we will gladly
continue to provide service if you like us to.

Currently, we provide our valet services to Los
Angeles County residents in specific zip codes. SERVICE AREAS

How do I start my service?
Simply SIGN UP or contact us at (310) 838-5844.
The following is a list of additional information that is required:
- Location of your trashcans
- Number of trashcans you have
- If you have dogs
- Trash pick up day
- Gate Access
Can I choose my valet service day?
Your valet service day depends on your trash pick-up
day. Your cans will be brought to the curb the prior
day of your pick-up and returned after emptied.
Will my service day ever change?
Only if your trash pick-up day changes. If this
occurs, please be sure to notify us, so we can make
the arrangements to adjust your schedule.
How often does CurbSide Trash Luggers service my trashcans?
We currently offer service Sunday through Friday
depending on your pick-up day. We valet as often as
your trash is picked up. The majority of our valet
routes receive service once a week. If you have more
than one pick-up day, please notify us as we will
make the proper arrangements.
Is it required that I be at my property when you valet our trashcans?
No. However, if you choose to leave your gate locked, please contact us at (310) 838-5844 to discuss access options.
Do I need to leave my gate unlocked?
No, if you choose to leave your gate locked, please contact us at (310) 838-5844 to discuss access options. Otherwise, you will need to unlock your gate the day prior and on your scheduled pick-up day by 10am.
What if I forget to unlock the gate to my yard or my dog won't let you in?
First, we'll try to see if anyone is home. If not, we will leave a notice on your door stating why we couldn't gain access.
Can my dogs be left in the yard when you valet our trashcans?
Yes. However, prior to your service we will need to meet your dogs so they won't want to eat us.
How will I know it is CurbSide Trash Luggers entering my property?
Our employees will always be wearing our signature yellow shirts with our logo on them. If your neighbors are ever concerned, we encourage them to just ask us who we are and why we are there.

Absolutely! We promise to make every effort to valet
you trashcans. We value your business and you as our
customers deserve nothing less. Since our company's
good name & reputation is contingent upon the
